Jewel of the Newell
Named after the former Robert H. Newell Shirt Factory in which 810 Meadworks is located, this tart and semi-sweet mead starts with local honey, pomegranates, then aged in Hungarian oak, and pairs well with your favorite fish or poultry dinner.

Jigger of Madness
A bochet is made by fermenting burnt honey—which tastes much better than it sounds. Our version, made with buckwheat and clover honey, has been described as reminiscent of cigar ash (“but in a good way”), coffee, rum, and even figgy (as in the pudding).
