Jigger of Madness
A bochet is made by fermenting burnt honey—which tastes much better than it sounds. Our version, made with buckwheat and clover honey, has been described as reminiscent of cigar ash (“but in a good way”), coffee, rum, and even figgy (as in the pudding). Never fear, you won’t have to sing to get your own, be it a jiggerful or more.

Raspberry Mead
Don’t let the simple name of this fruity, carbonated mead deceive you, it’s bursting with crisp & energetic flavor from local honey & raspberry. In folklore & art, raspberry’s red juice represented the energy of the blood, flowing from the heart and carrying love, nutrition, and kindness through the body. Naturally, we’d never claim this mead will do the same, but it certainly wouldn’t hurt to share it with someone you love.
